Papertrey Ink January Blog Hop

It's Jan 25th, which means it is time for Papertrey Ink blog hop. We were challenged to share a favorite project from 2011 and then create a second card that was inspired by old favorite project.

Below was a card I made for Papertrey Ink blog hop last October.

For my new card, I used the same layout with die cut frame, substituted the background stamp, focal point stamp and color scheme.

It also entered into the current Simon Says Stamp challenge: anything goes and Jay Gee's Nook challenge.

Thanks for stopping by! Wednesday is the busiest day of the week for me.  I won't be able to check all the inspiring projects until late night.

Supplies:
cardstock: PTI select white, Recollections grey
Stamp: PTI circles background, Daydreamer
Ink: Versafine onyx black , Fresh ink Mango, Provicial grey
Other: PTI  dies, Pin It

They are both stunning. I think my favorite is the second one. I'm waiting for my background basics circles to arrive--this is a good one for me to case when it gets here. Grey and yellow look so nice together.

Good grief, Chunyan, I love both of these! The colors and neat mixing of stamps on each is awesome, and then the way you popped up the frame (and added the cute flowers on the second) was the perfect touch!
