CAS-ual Fridays #20: Mini cards

I got a new Jenni Bowlin butterfly stamp and wanted to play the current CAS-ual Fridays #20 and make a set of mini cards.  All the cards are 3.5 x 3.5 in.

I tried out a variety of different embossing powder colors with this butterfly stamp.  The first card was embossed with black embossing powder and colored with markers.

The second was heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

The third was detailed white embossing powder.  It is the one I like most in real life.

Lastly I tried calico approach by using several embossing powder.  It is kind of messy.  But I like the result.

A picture of the set.

Sentiments are from Amuse.  Thanks for looking. Pin It

I love this post. I love it when people show variations of one card and then it is fun to see what people are drawn to the most. I like the white one these best and then the tone on tone one, but they are all beautiful! Thanks, too, for playing at CAS-ual Fridays this week!
